About two years ago, I decided to train in Marissa's class. Looking back on in today, I believe it was one of the best decisions in my life! Marissa is an incredible trainer. I have never met anyone so encouraging and willing to assist others. Her drive to help others reach their goals is amazing and she always pushes me to work harder.

She never fails to have a smile on her face to encourage me to do my best. Not only does she keep working out a serious time, but she also makes it fun and enjoyable. I have recently started to train with her personally, and it has been a great experience! She knows just the right exercises to keep me fit and is still helping me reach my goals!

I truly believe with Marissa as my trainer, I will be completely satisfied with my body! Overall, Marissa is absolutely incredible and I would recommend her to all my friends and family because of her experience and encouragement!

A little over a year ago, I was forced by my sister to try out The Next Level Gym.  My attitude was negative and I didn’t expect much.  To my surprise, that one decision changed my life.  It definitely fulfilled my midlife crisis. 

Marissa was our trainer and she has been an inspiration to me and my family.  Marissa completely listens to your needs and knows exactly how to motivate and handle you.  I have always been unmotivated to stick with any regimen and as a result, my weight fluctuated year to year. 

Since I have been on the program, Marissa has taught and encourage me how to stay healthy by emphasizing the importance of nutrition in combination with exercise.  Such a cliché, I know but since my association with Marissa and the Next Level Gym, I have really been able to maintain my weight loss. We always tease “we exercise to eat”, So whether you want to “exercise to eat”, loose weight, or gain muscle, Marissa is there for you to set up a game plan and make sure you get what you want from that game plan.  

She is also a great example because she is all talk and all action.  She is a role model. I never thought I would see the day when I would be working out 5 days a week and absolutely enjoying it and feel good about myself. In spite of all my previous injuries on my back and knees, I feel healthier now than ever before.

Over a year ago, we made the decision that changed our life.  We joined The Next Level Gym Indoor Chino Hills Boot camp.  Our trainer, Marissa, has been a great inspiration to the both of us.  She  has helped us stay on track and keeps us motivated to want more.

Marissa has proven that hard work pays off.  She sets a great example for us every day, by “practicing what she preaches”.  She has inspired us to continue working out 4-5 times a week.  Even though we have very busy schedules, as local business owners, we make time and look forward to going to her class.  

In the past, we have tried many diets and work outs and have yo-yoed back and forth with our weight.  Since joining this gym and taking these classes with Marissa, we have been able to lose body fat and gain muscle mass and have maintained it.  We are true believers and followers, that we have even referred other family members to join the gym and take the classes. 

Today, many of our family members continue to work out with us and our daughter currently does personal training with Marissa and has been very happy with the results.  We have grown to love Marissa not only as a personal Trainer, but as a friend.

Hi , my name is Pieter Kelder and I work out at the Next Level Gym. My primary trainer there is Marissa Garavito. She is an excellent trainer, and also very professional at what she does. I am 49 yrs old, going on 50 in April.

I can honestly say that I am better shape now than I have been in a very very long time, and I attribute most of this to Marissa. She doesn't just do her time at the gym, she really cares about the people she trains. I can definitely vouch for that! There's no cheating around Marissa, she makes sure you are doing every exercise the correct way, besides, if you do it wrong, your only cheating yourself, with no results. She's stays on me along with all the other people she trains, and I really do apreciate it.

I was at 238 lbs and now I'm down to 200 lbs, and alot of that is muscle-woohoo! lol. Anyway, I just want to take this time to thank Marissa for everything you do for me to make me feel energetic and good about myself with everyday things I do.

So, THANK YOU so much Marissa, I really do appreciate all you do for me at the gym!!...

I had been working out by myself for several years but never thought of using a personal trainer. I was satisfied with my fitness through cardio and a little amount of strength training. Then last year a friend of mine told me about The Next Level Gym. I went in and met the owner Mark who later introduced me to Marissa and since then I have been training with her on a regular basis, at least three times a week.

Marissa is a great trainer and always encourages and motivates me to reach my goals. I've learned to exercise correctly and how to use weights for strength and body conditioning. She combines her cheerful and fun personality with her workout routines which makes the classes a lot more interesting and fun.

I would definitely recommend Marissa as a personal trainer, and I would also urge anyone who wants a trainer who is caring, extremely knowledgeable and above all passionate about her clients fitness to sign up with Marissa. You'll be glad you did!

I have been going to The Next Level Gym and training with Marissa for almost a year now.  I was feeling my age and was feeling weak.  I started to run and lost the weight but I didn’t have much strength.  Everyone was telling me I was too thin.  Then I was introduced to Marissa and have been training with her 3-4 times a week. In just a little under a year, I can really tell the difference.

The Combination of pumping iron to build my muscle along with cardio workouts have really increased my strength and endurance.  Marissa is always motivating me and keeping me on track.  I recently joined a basketball league and have been able to play against guys that are 5-10 yrs younger than me.  These younger opponents always compliment on how strong and dominating I am on the court.

This is all thanks to Bootcamp.  And when you have a trainer that is as fit as Marissa, you respect what she has to offer because I know she practices what she preaches and works just as hard as I do to stay healthy and look good.
